What’s Really Going On?

This isn’t a test, and there’s no grade at the end. It’s a structured way to surface where signals in your organization are moving cleanly – and where they might be breaking down.

You’ll see 28 statements. For each one, answer with what actually happens, not what’s supposed to. If a statement doesn’t sound like your organization at all, say so plainly. Disagreement tells me just as much as agreement does.

You’ll leave with a signal profile of your organization and a candid read on where it’s strained – yours to keep.
