What this site knows about you.

Herding Wolves is a solo advisory practice. I don't run ads, I don't sell data, and I have no interest in tracking you around the internet. Here's exactly what this site collects and why – in plain language, because that's how I'd want it explained to me.

Site analytics

This site uses Google Analytics and Vercel Analytics to understand basic traffic – which pages get visited, roughly where visitors come from, and what devices they use. This is standard, aggregate measurement. I use it to see whether the site is doing its job, not to identify you.

The self-reflection tool

This site includes a short self-reflection tool for leadership teams. If you use it, your answers are logged anonymously – which options were picked, how far through the questions a session got, and which result was shown. There is no name, email, or identifying information attached to any of it. I use this to learn which questions land and which don't.

At the end of the tool there's an optional feedback form. If you choose to fill it in, whatever you volunteer (name, company, email, comments) is stored securely and emailed to me – and that's the only place on this site where personal information is collected at all. Leaving it blank is a completely valid choice, and the tool works identically either way.

Booking a conversation

Scheduling runs through CalendarBridge, a third-party booking service. Anything you enter there (your name, email, and meeting details) is handled under their privacy policy and lands in my calendar and inbox, where I treat it like any other professional correspondence.
